Migrant issues from the viewpoint of Countries of Origin and Countries of Destination – Pro bono support and challenges
This session would look at the problems faced by the migrants in the countries of origin and in the countries of destination and the work which the lawyers have been doing, their ability and constraints in providing the legal services, pro bono or otherwise, and what could be done to make the working life of the migrants in the destination countries more of a pleasant experience than a nightmare.
