Visa
If you require a visa to enter Thailand, please check with the nearest Thai embassy or consulate in your country to obtain the necessary documents. Please allow yourself ample time to obtain the required paperwork before your departure.
Invitation Letter
After completing the 2024 Access to Justice Exchange registration process and paying the registration fee, you can request a visa invitation letter directly online. The letter will be sent within 7-10 business days in PDF form to the email address provided, If you do not receive it within 10 business days, you can email us to check the status of your request. Please note that the letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the conference, and is not an official invitation letter covering fees or any other expenses.
The Access to Justice Exchange Organisers will not contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
Notarized Invitation Letter
If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter to apply for a visa, you must request it by email at [email protected] before 5 October 2024. Notarized letter will be sent by airmail within a month of request. The notarized invitation letter is ONLY available to those who have completed online registration and paid the registration fee. It costs $120 USD for notarization and overseas mail delivery, and the exact amount and payment method will be notified separately.
