When Alternatives to Imprisonment are Abusive: Effective Non-Litigation Strategies for People Who Use Drugs

This session aims to highlight the problems with over-incarceration in
Asia, where in many countries most people are imprisoned for drug offences, and the abusive
nature of several alternatives to incarceration, in order to facilitate dialogue on effective
strategies for correcting those abuses.
