Visa

International participants should be aware and careful about visa requirements and regulations and should plan travel well in advance. If you require a visa to enter Mongolia, please check with the nearest embassy or consulate in your country to obtain the necessary documents. Please allow yourself ample time to obtain the required paperwork before your departure.

Nationals of the following countries/regionals are exempted from visa to enter Mongolia. Click for more information.

The Mongolian eVisa is only available for tourism, sports or cultural events, and transit purposes for citizens of certain countries. Applicants attending conferences are required to submit their visa applications at the nearest Embassy of Mongolia.

Visa Support Letter

After completing the conference registration process and paying the registration fee, you can request a visa support letter directly online. The letter will be sent within 7-10 business days in PDF format to the email address provided, If you do not receive it within 10 business days, you can email us to check the status of your request. Please note that the letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the conference, and is not an official invitation letter covering fees or any other expenses.

The Conference Secretariat and Local Organizing Committee will not contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

Application Deadline: September 1, 2025, 11:59 pm (Mongolia Time, GMT+8) All requests submitted after the deadline will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

This deadline and visa support documents do not guarantee visa approval. The decision regarding the applicant’s visa is subject to the Embassy’s discretion.
