Babita is originally from Khotang now living in Gothatar Kathmandu. She is a 2015 B.A.LLB graduate of Nepal Law Campus and completed LLM from the same Campus with specialization in Criminal law on 2018. Babita is practicing as an Advocate since 2016 and joined PDS-Nepal in February 2018. Her aims are to build expertise and skills in criminal defense to protect the rights of the indigent accused person.
