Bio: Tara Neal is a licensed US attorney with over 25 years of professional experience in law and social work. Ms. Neal has a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, an LLM in International Law from the University of Miami, and a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been employed with the Rule of Law Centres Project since August of 2016 where she works closely with Centre Trainers and Training Development Officers. Ms. Neal has lived and worked in Myanmar, Afghanistan, and Cambodia.
