Supporting Visa Letter Request Form: The 14th Asia Pro Bono Conference

To obtain a visa to attend the 14th Asia Pro Bono Conference, many embassies will require a supporting visa letter as part of the visa application process. In order to request this letter, you must meet one of the following criteria:

Have a proposal accepted for presentation at the conference.

Have registered and paid in full for the conference. (Proof of your in-person conference registration is needed.)

These letters will be issued by our Japanese Local Organizing Committee.

PLEASE NOTE:

Request for hard copy version of the letter will not be accommodated. The letter will be sent as a pdf. These requests will take 7-10 business days to process.

If you do not receive a visa support letter within 7-10 business days, please check your email spam folder to confirm that the email and attachment were not flagged as spam and then contact us for assistance.

IMPORTANT:

Please pay close attention to what type of a visa you need and remember that your application must be approved before you travel, so allow plenty of time for your application.

Visa Support Letter Requests will be accepted until August 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Japan Time). All requests submitted after the deadline will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
