Run Saray is currently an executive director of Legal Aid of Cambodia, and he is a practicing lawyer. Mr. Run Saray was Deputy director with Buddhism for Development between January 2006-January 2009. Mr. Run Saray was a Managing Director with the Greater Mekong Sub-Region Business Forum (GMS-BF) in 2015. From 2003-2005, Mr. Run Saray was a legal, trade and development consultant in economic program for The Asia Foundation in Cambodia. From 1997-2002, Mr. Run Saray was a Program Officer/ Director of the Books for Asia, one of the Asia Foundation’s projects in Cambodia Mr. Run Saray holds a Master of Internal Law and Economics from World Trade Institute, Switzerland, in 2002. He holds Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia, Mr, Run Saray holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Law from the National Institution of Management, and he holds a certificate in legal leadership from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, the United States 1994.
