Shinya Fujino

Dr. Shinya Fujino completed his Bachelor of Economics and MBA from Kyoto University and received a Ph.D. in management from Reitaku University. He has conducted research in the field of anti-corruption for more than 10 years and has supported the activities of Japanese companies in the prevention of foreign corrupt practices in ABCJ (Anti-Bribery Committee Japan) and GCNJ (Japan Network of the UNGC). In particular, he has focused his research on internal control over the management of overseas offices from the perspectives of corporate governance theory and agency theory. He has written many papers in the field of global compliance, business ethics, corporate governance, and other related fields.
