Sengphachan Phorlasim (Nui)

Legal Support Officer/Legal Trainer/Junior Lawyer

Sengphachan Phorlasim (Nui) is a licensed lawyer in Laos and serves as the Legal Support Officer and Legal Trainer at BABSEACLE. She also works with The Legal House, a Laos-based law firm, on initiatives led by BABSEACLE.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the National University of Laos in 2019. Since 2015, she has been actively engaged in volunteer work, including as a member of the Faculty of Law and Political Science’s ICT Group.

With extensive experience in legal capacity building and advocacy, Nui has collaborated closely with the Lao Bar Association and the Lao government on a range of initiatives, including legal training programs and policy development efforts. Her work focuses on strengthening access to justice, advancing legal education, and empowering communities in Laos.
