Rachel Lam

Rachel is the Senior Program Officer at PILnet’s Hong Kong office. She assists with managing PILnet’s Hong Kong clearinghouse, “legal health check” program, and student engagement programs. Prior to joining PILnet, Rachel worked at both international and local law firms and NGOs, with a particular focus on the rights of asylum seekers, victims of human trafficking, and migrant domestic workers. Rachel is a Hong Kong qualified solicitor and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
