Pitero M. Reig

National Director – National Center for Legal Aid, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines

Before graduating from the University of the Philippines, College of Law, Atty. Reig served in the office of the late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago as Legislative Staff Officer (LSO). After passing the bar, Atty. Reig embarked on his professional career as an associate in a Makati-based law firm where he was eventually promoted as Junior Partner in 2002. In July 2003, he, together with his partners, established Tolentino Corvera Macasaet Reig Law Offices (TCMRLaw). They celebrated their 22nd Founding Anniversary last July 15. He is a litigator with 27 years of experience. He also specializes estate settlement and planning, corporation law and foreign investments.

Atty. Reig served as the President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Marinduque Chapter from 2013-15 and from 2019-2021. He likewise served as an Investigating Commissioner of the Commission on Bar Discipline (CBD) of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines from 2015-2019. He was elected Governor of the IBP Southern Luzon Region in 2023 and served as a member of the 26th Board of Governors.

Aside from his commitments and responsibilities as a Founding Partner of TCMRLaw, and now National Director of the National Center for Legal Aid (NCLA), Atty. Reig is also the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Park Solutions Inc. (PSI). PSI operates and manages all transport terminals located in SM Malls around the country, as well as several pay parking facilities of SMDC and SM Prime Holdings Corp., among others.

He is happily married to his UP Law classmate, Atty. Grace Semaña-Reig, a Senior Attorney at Chevron Philippines, Inc. They have been married for 25 years and have 4 children.
