With 27 years of experience working in academic and research institutions, in addition to professional memberships and roles in the following organizations:
- Over 20 years of practice in providing legal assistance and advocacy since 2004.
- Served as a member of the Mediation Council under the Judicial General Council for six years.
- More than 10 years of service as a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and its Training Committee.
