Anna Imai is an associate in the M&A and Litigation Groups, in the White & Case Tokyo office.

Anna has experience across corporate M&A, real estate, and dispute resolution matters. She has advised clients on cross-border M&A transactions as well as contentious matters in Japan. Prior to joining White & Case, Anna studied labour law at law school, gaining a strong foundation in employment-related legal frameworks. In addition to her practice, Anna is actively involved in pro bono work, supporting refugee recognition proceedings in Japan through an NGO.
