Nay Lin is the chairperson for MSM and TG network and Management Committee for Paralegal Program. His expertise is mobilizing community and training. Before becoming a chairperson, he was also an MSM representative of the Myanmar Positive Group (MPG), a network of positive self-help groups all over Myanmar. He works for the community and building capacity for the community for greater participation of people living with HIV and key affected populations in HIV/AIDS programs. He has conducted many trainings including capacity building facilitator of Organizational Development and has experiences on working with INGO, NGO and Key Population Network.
