Manisha Poudel; LL.M is a member of Probono Steering Committee in Nepal. She is a lecturer at Nepal Law campus and also a co-partner of Himalayan Counsellor and Attorneys at Law Pvt.Ltd. She is also working with the Centre for Women Awareness and Development for the policy advocacy and evidence-based advocacy for the policy change. Previously she has worked with various institutions such as LACC, Wildlife Conservation Nepal, Cellrd, USIP, ASD, Canadian Bar and Attorney General Office of Nepal and involved in various research and policy advocacy relating to human rights, gender justice, legal empowerment, Paralegalism and citizenship rights, Legal Aid etc. She has over 8 years of working experience in assisting pro bono initiatives, legal aid, clinical legal education and access to justice. She has participated in the various national and international training, seminar, workshop relating to legal empowerment and paralegalism organized by Alliance for Social Dialogue, SAILS (South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies) Bangladesh, Global Policy Academy, CEU School of Public Policy, Hungary Budapest etc.
