 Kristin has over 12 years of domestic and international litigation experience and has represented victims, individual defendants, and multinational corporations. Her current practice focuses on strategic litigation in the areas of anti-human trafficking, anti-money laundering, international criminal law, fair trial rights, child protection, and transitional justice. Ms. Rosella is currently based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia where she is the Country Lead of Liberty Shared’s Legal Impact Hub. She has also worked at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, a hybrid tribunal investigating and prosecuting national and international crimes from the Khmer Rouge era, and she has engaged in other human rights investigation and litigation as the Senior Legal Counsel for Project Expedite Justice. She has also lectured on legal writing, international criminal law, and torts law at the Royal University for Law and Economics (RULE) and on human trafficking legal frameworks and regional human rights mechanisms at Pannasastra University of Cambodia. Prior to working in human rights, she was an associate in the litigation practice groups of law firms in New York and Chicago.
