Bio: Ms Illy Kamaludin heads the Statelessness Unit in UNHCR Malaysia. She is part of the team conducting a mapping and legal project for stateless persons in West Malaysia and oversees other initiatives concerning nationality and documentation issues in Malaysia. She holds an honours degree in law and was called to the Bar of England and Wales and Malaysian Bar.
