This session highlights examples from Indonesia showing how civil society organizations help victims and witnesses access their legal rights and protection. Participants will explore the critical role of pro bono and community support in improving coordination with law enforcement and ensuring that vulnerable individuals receive the safeguards they are entitled to.
Through interactive discussions and group exercises, attendees will examine the roles of key stakeholders, including victims, witnesses, police, and protection agencies, and explore practical, collaborative strategies to address challenges and strengthen support systems.
