This Forum facilitates the Multi-Stakeholder Networking forcollaboration and cooperation for the promotion and implementation of “Business and Human Rights (BHR)” ideas and practices in Asia. As a new paradigm of Access toJustice, such networks are desired to work for complementing to the traditional Nation-State system by hard law and the judicial independence by a new approach for Human Security of vulnerable peoples by protection and empowerment through such networks. This Forum is an extension and outreach of the Session of “Pro Bono for ESG” and other related sessions to follow up on the 14thAsia Pro Bono Conference
