Building a Thriving Pro Bono Culture: Strategies for Law Firms in Asia

Pro bono work has deep roots in Asia’s legal traditions, particularly through civil movements and litigation practice. Yet formalising pro bono programmes within the law firm presents unique challenges and opportunities. This interactive session brings together legal professionals from leading firms across Asia to share practical strategies for embedding pro bono into firm culture. Participants will learn from real-world examples, including successful models from Thailand and India, and will leave with actionable tools to strengthen or launch pro bono initiatives within their own organisations.
