Ji Yang has experience in advising issuers and underwriters in debt and equity capital offerings and equity-linked securities transactions, including IPOs, block trades and follow-on equity offerings, cornerstone investments, high-yield and investment grade bond offerings, convertible bond issuances, EMTN programme establishments and drawdown, as well as consent solicitations.
