Amarkhuu Enkhtuvshin is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Mongolian Bar Association. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ULF LLP, where he provides legal services across civil, administrative, and criminal law. His professional portfolio includes advising members of parliament, representing non-governmental organizations, and supporting foreign investment companies in navigating Mongolia’s legal and regulatory environment.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr.  Amarkhuu Enkhtuvshin is deeply committed to public service. He has acted as a pro bono lawyer, advocating for greater access to justice and offering legal support to underserved communities. He is also an innovator in the field of Probono, having created the Umbrella application, a digital platform designed to provide accessible legal services through modern technology.
