Arvintaria Nordogjav

Director, National Center Against Violence

Arvintaria Nordogjav is an experienced legal professional with a focus on combating violence, particularly domestic violence. She earned a master’s degree in law from Otgontenger University in 2022 and a bachelor’s degree in law from the National University of Mongolia in 1998. Since 2005, Nordogjav has held various attorney and director roles at the National Center Against Violence, a non-governmental organization (NGO). Before that, she worked as an attorney for the Association of Mongolian Advocates and as a specialist at the Legal Assistance Center of the Ministry of Justice. Throughout their career, Nordogjav has conducted extensive research and monitoring on the implementation of laws and court decisions related to domestic violence, human rights, and legal reform. They have also engaged in strategic advocacy efforts to protect the rights of victims of violence and vulnerable populations, including those with disabilities. Nordogjav has received training on topics such as violence prevention, strengthening service delivery for domestic violence survivors, and legislative advocacy.
