Dasol Lyu

Supervising Attorney, Seoul National University Law School Public Interest & Legal Clinic Center

Dasol Lyu is a staff attorney at the Public Interest and Legal Clinic Center of Seoul National University School of Law. She is an experienced attorney in areas compassing disability rights, gender equality, past state violence, international solidarity as well as UN human rights advocacy. Dasol is broadly interested in international human rights norms, disability rights, racial justice, gender equality and democratic movements in Asia. Before joining the Center, Dasol worked in the public sector and civil society including the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of Korea, Korea Disability Law Association and MINBYUN – Lawyers for a Democratic Society.

Dasol holds Adv. LL.M. in European and International Human Rights Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands, J.D. and B.A.(International Studies) from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Korea. She was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2016.
