Unurmaa Byambajav

Mrs. Unurmaa Byambajav is Research Prosecutor at the Training and Research Institute of the Office of the Prosecutor General, Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor.

In addition, she serves as the Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Mongolian Bar Association and as a member of the Criminology Research Team at the University of Internal Affairs. She has dedicated 26 years of service to the Prosecutor’s Office.

Between 2014 and 2025, she has authored over 100 scholarly works, participated in more than 10 international academic conferences, presented over 40 papers at national and international conferences, and developed 17 accredited training programs for lawyers.

Mrs. Unurmaa Byambajav is earned both her Master’s and Doctoral degrees at Trier University, Germany. Her doctoral dissertation, entitled Die Unrechtsvereinbarung als Kern der Korruptionsdelikte, is archived in the German National Library (ISBN 978-3-9814234-3-3 kart)
