Shashi Kumary Adhikary

Prof. Dr. Shashi Kumary Adhikary is working in the last 34 years teaching at Nepal Law Campus, Faculty of Law Tribhuvan University of Nepal. Former Asst. Dean of Faculty of Law, T.U. and Senior Advocate, law practicing in Supreme Court of Nepal. Recently she retired from university. She contributes to developed curriculum regarding LLM, B.A.LLB, and LLB program and Clinical education program as per the Academy role at University.

She has participated international program and presented a paper, Women and Children: The Human Rights Relationship, A Regional Conference Held in Bangkok, organized by UNICEF / Wellesley Centers for Women, present the paper on “the status of women’s rights in Nepal”, Universal Periodic Report Review Pre-session, Geneva. She has presented a paper on behalf of civil society organization, universal periodic report review pre-session from 6-9 october 2015, held at geneva,, organized by UPR promoting and strengthening the universal periodic review. She has participated on Civil Code reform of Nepal, comparative study with Japanese Civil Code program organized by JICA, international center, japan, held on tokoy japan, march 8th -16, 2023.
