Bayaraa Ariunbuyan
Advocate, Mongolian bar association
My name is Ariunbuyan Bayaraa. I am a lawyer and psychologist. I initially pursued law with a strong dream of becoming a lawyer, but life experiences and my inner search for meaning led me to study psychology.
By combining legal and psychological knowledge, I work closely with vulnerable groups-especially children-who are victims of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking. I provide not only legal representation but also psychological support using therapeutic techniques tailored to each case.
My work lies at the intersection of human rights and emotional healing. Through years of working with numerous victims, I have come to deeply understand that psychological education and healthy family relationships are key to preventing many of these crimes from occurring in the first place.
This will be my first time participating in the Asia Pro Bono Conference, and I am eager to share my insights and experiences. I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals who believe that justice and compassion can go hand in hand in protecting the most vulnerable members of our society.
