Good Practices in Refugee Rights Pro Bono
13.00 – 15.00 | 23 September
This session aims to highlight good practices in developing refugee rights pro bono initiatives. The session draws on a global good practice mapping conducted in 2020 and 2021 which made it apparent that there are lessons learned with regards to structuring, developing and sustaining refugee pro bono projects. The session will build knowledge and exchange information among the legal community on lessons learned, outcomes and impact of refugee pro bono partnership models that have proven to be successful. We expect the session might also lead to the identification of opportunities for replication and scaling up as the lessons learned would also amply to other vulnerable groups such as migrant workers, survivors of human trafficking, children etc.
