Pro Bono Bazaar at the Asia Pro Bono Conference

A Tradition of Sharing and Networking:

The Pro Bono Bazaar is a long‑standing highlight of the Asia Pro Bono Conference (APBC), providing a space where organizations, firms, social enterprises, and businesses can showcase their pro bono, access‑to‑justice, and community‑support initiatives.

Since its beginnings (previously known as the Market Place of Ideas), the Bazaar has been a hub for building meaningful connections, creating opportunities for collaboration, and celebrating innovative initiatives that strengthen justice and the Rule of Law across Asia and beyond.

Event Details:

Dates: Pro Bono Bazaar will be held during the conference dates of October 3-5, 2025.
Time: Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mongolia Time)
Venue: Hallway of the conference area at the Corporate Hotel & Convention Centre

What Each Organization Will Get:

One table space
Two chairs (maximum 2 participants per table)

Table Options:

Information Table:Display banners, brochures, and materials to showcase your work.
Merchandise Table: Sell products, with many proceeds supporting pro bono and community projects.

Throughout the conference, the Bazaar serves as a lively meeting point for participants to connect, exchange ideas, and explore future collaborations.

Registration:

Available only for participants who have already registered for the conference.

Note: Registration will close once we receive 20 submissions.
