Unemployment is set to rise due to the economic slowdown internationally. Many big businesses are closing operations which means a huge part of the South Asian population, engaged in manufacturing will suffer. In these times, we need to reflect on what the best business practices are? As pro bono lawyers, what obligations do we pin on our clients as well as the buyers? What are the nuances that need to be considered and any possible reforms in practice and law nationally and internationally keeping in mind the SDG mandate.
