We do have an offer for group registration.
The offer is for every 5 registration; you will receive 1 extra registration fee waiver.
For example, if your group has 15 people, you will receive 3 extra fee waiver codes.
(total of 18 participants)
Payment
We accept payment from either 1) Stripe/Credit card or 2) Paypal.
If you prefer other methods for payment, please contact: [email protected].
Once the payment is completed, we will provide you with a unique fee waiver code for your group.
How to receive the group offer rate?
1) Fill in your Organization/Group name
2) Fill in the desired number of participants
3) The total price will be automatically calculated (the extra fee waiver codes will be shown, if applicable)
4) Once the payment is completed, the unique fee waiver code of your organization/group will be sent to the email that filled in in the payment form
5) The fee waiver code of your organization can be used up to the number of participants filled in the form + extra fee waiver codes (For Example, if you fill in 15 participants, you will receive 3 extra codes. Therefore, the fee waiver code for your organization can be used up to 18 registration times)
6) The registrants have to individually do the registration on the registration page. On the checkout page, please use the group waiver code to waive the fee
